Breton SHAPEMILL: the most popular stone machining centre amongst artists

Hello,
Today I’d like to show you a gallery of photos that speak for themselves.
They are “artistic” photos showing different workpieces produced by the
Shapemill, a Breton machining centre with 5 interpolated axes: the ideal machine for producing columns, statues, bath tubs, vases, banisters and other architectural components of marble or granite.

Click on the photos to enter the “Shapemill” gallery where you will find  many other pictures: your comments will be greatly welcomed. Thank you!

The perfect bridge saw? Breton Smart-Cut Optima with belt conveyor work bench.

Hello,
Today I’d like to speak about Breton Smart-Cut Optima with belt conveyor work bench, an ideal bridge saw for a modern marble mason fab shop.
You might wonder why I say this… well, these are the reasons:Breton CNC Smart-Cut Optima with belt conveyor work bench operates ALMOST UNATTENDED since the operator must only: 1 - Highlight any possible defect on the slab to be processed
2 - Determine the slab profile and possible defects
3 - Confirm the cutting program generated by the optimization software
4
- Unload the cut pieces.

You can verify the above seeing this video.

This simply means that with Breton Smart-Cut Optima the operator can spend most of his time operating other machines or making something else.
You couldn’t ask for more.

Drill bit handling on Breton Smart-Cut bridge saws

Hello,
Today I’d like to show you how the tool change works on the  Breton Smart-Cut

In this video, you can see that the whole operation is fully automatic: the machine first places the protective cap in a cell of the tool magazine and then picks-up the drill bit; once the drilling operation is over, the two operations are carried out in reverse.

Breton bridge saw Smart-Cut S/NC 1000 Optima with lathe

Good morning,
After some posts dealing with our Shapemill (a very nice machine indeed), today I’d like to show you another ground-breaking Breton machining centre.
It is the
Smart-Cut S/NC 1000 Optima, a bridge saw with twist head and vacuum cups.
Look at it while it turns a small marble column for a staircase
.

Not bad at all!
Consider that Smart-Cut S/NC 1000 Optima is a CNC bridge saw with 5 interpolated axes, ideal for several machining jobs.
Write to mail@breton.it for more INFO and PRICE.
