Today I'd like to show you a few examples of the potential of a Breton CNC machining centre for marble, granite, sandstone, limestone, ceramic material, Lapitec, natural stone and engineered stone. The Breton Contourfive NC700and NC1200are both machining centres with 5 interpolated axes designed for fabricators that make large size architectural components and funerary art with complex 3D shapes.
For the characteristics of the two machining centresclick HERE.
Take a look at the following photogallery to get an idea of components created using Breton Contourfive machining centres.
If you're still with us and you'd also like to see the Contourfive 5-axis machining centres with the lathe (accessory) at work, pleaseclick HERE.
I think we can all agree that we're looking at a 5-axis machine of exceptional versatility and reliability for classic natural stone processing operations.

Do you know that in Tise West we'll expose Breton COMBICUT? Click on the image and discover its strenghts explained by our sales manager, Gerry Vanderbras.
Breton COMBICUT,
CNC cutting center with 5 axes and spindle rotating around its axis,
holding a diamond blade inclinable from 0° to 90° and a Waterjet unit. Breton COMBICUT combines and alternates the cutting with diamond blade and Waterjet according to preset programs and/or at will: this allows to optimize cuts thus ensuring waste minimization (there is no need to move the slab or workpieces). It is also possible to perform rectilinear and complex, curvilinear cuts.
