Today I want to show you a preview of the new CNC cutting centre with three cutting spindles (one of which is mounted on the twist head) belt rotating work bench and twist head Breton SmartFlex.
TheBreton SmartFlex cutting centre has 5 interpolated axes and “MULTICUP” integrated vacuum cup system for the optimization of slab cutting by moving the pieces on the belt rotating work bench.
The machine is specially engineered to cut and shape items of granite, marble, engineered stone and suchlike .

We received a
visit direct from the US by a group of members of the Stone Fabricators Alliance, the US
professional organisation for stone working professionals.
The delegation
of 23 members was able to spend an entire morning at Breton's production plant.
The party included two big-hitters in the persons of Gerry Van Der Bas, BretonUSA and Pietro Zamperin, Breton Sales Manager for the US.
Following an
opening presentation of the company's history, the SFA members were given the
opportunity to try out the BretonMulti-touch. Which is? The
NEW graphic user interface for Breton's fabshop machines, the only one on the market with 100% touch-screen technology.
Among the
departments that received careful attention from the guests was the area of the
latest Breton marble shop machine: the Breton Smart-Cut Duo, an innovative
cutting centre, optimized for high productivity with its two heads and two
beams.
The following
is a short interview with Dan Riccolo, who headed the SFA delegation for
the Italian Tour this year. The interview was recorded during the works visit.
