Demo machine Breton Combicut DJ/NC - Bridge saw with diamond saw blade and Waterjet

Avant-garde bridge saw equipped with a cutting unit prearranged to hold a diamond saw blade and a head for water cutting (waterjet). It is a numerical control machine, with 4 controlled axes and 3 interpolated axes, specially engineered to carry out the optimized cut of polygons (even with curvilinear parts) on slabs of marble, granite, compound stone and suchlike, ensuring waste minimization.
It is possible to alternate the diamond saw blade and the waterjet cutting system at will, according to the cutting program.
Conforming to the 2006/42/CE Machinery Directive.

The machine is supplied complete with:
1 - System to acquire the slab image through digital camera installed on the machine
2 - Pair of lateral steel shoulders for the sliding of the spindle-holding beam, replacing the concrete walls
3 - Motorized inclination of the saw blade from 0° to 90° actuating the hand-wheel.

VERY GOOD PRICE!

Breton SmartCut 550 bridge saw works just like a CNC profiling machine!

A bridge saw producing a shower tray as it was a CNC profiling machine was never seen before.
Hi everyone,
At the end of this post there’s something I’d like to show you: I know you haven’t much time and you prefer going to the heart of the matter right away, so no more chatting!
A long time ago, the first bridge saws consisted basically in a diamond disk cutting slabs of natural stone.
And then came the disk inclination,
motorized rotation of the work bench,
cut-tracing laser,
control panel mounted on a swivelling arm,
sliding front guards,

touch-screen panel,
milling of round pieces,
video graphics,
slab optimization,
mobile keyboard,

milling with 90 degree inclined disk,
twist head with fixed work bench,
strip pick-and-place system with vacuum cups,
digital camera,
drill bit,
piece handling through the vacuum cups,
rodding,
drill bit used in the automatic mode.
And what’s new now?
See with your own eyes here below!
Something unbelievable for a bridge saw.
It is true that the shower tray is made of limestone, but I’ve never seen a bridge saw working just like a profiling machine before
This shower tray has been produced by a Breton Smart-Cut 550 bridge saw.
Write to mail@breton.it asking for INFO or quotations: we’ll get back to you promptly. That’s all for now.
Bye-bye

Waterjet CLASSICA for Breton at MARMOMACC 2012

Hello,
Today I’d like to show you Waterjet CLASSICA while performing the inclined cutting on a small vanity top and the engraving on a sheet metal dome using the 5 axes, at the 47th MARMOMACC fair in Verona that was closed a few days ago.

New bridge saw Easycut FE 600 EVOLUTION

The new bridge saw Easycut FE 600 EVOLUTION is indeed the evolution of the Easycut FE 600

What does it offer more than the FE 600?
Let’s see . . .

1 - NEW mobile button panel with 7" colour touch-screen, that can be transferred inside the working area for the alignment of the beam with the cut-tracing laser; the button panel is prearranged to operate using both millimetres and inches.

2 - Simultaneous movement of the X-Y axes, which are controlled by inverter and en-coder.

3
- Machining of profiles and polygons
3a - Management of polygons
In this mode, it is possible to draw the piece to be realized directly on the machine. In the machining stage, the position of the saw blade will be the origin the profile.
3b - Management of profiles
In this mode, it is possible to draw the desired profile directly on the machine by entering both the rough-machining and finishing parameters. In the machining stage, the position of the saw blade will be the origin the profile.

4
- Setting of the machine parameters.
5 - Semiautomatic single cut.
6 - 100 different, programmable sequences of longitudinal cuts.
7 - Automatic rapid and intuitive orthogonal cuts.

8 - It is possible to store up to 100 different sequences of longitudinal cuts
9 - Possibility of drawing the desired piece directly on the machine,

10- Inverter for the stepless variation of the blade motor rotation speed.

11
- "Profile/Polygon Importer" software to import DXF files through a SD card.

12
- Drawing optoelectronic copier    This accessory allows to sense and acquire a drawing which is then stored by the numerical control and can be used time and again.

What do you think about it?

Waterjet PRATICA - Water jet cutting machine with one or two tanks and 3 or 5 axes

The waterjet Pratica has double table and rotating arm (which are both optional) enable to zero downtime for piece loading and unloading (patent pending). This system enables to load the pieces to be machined on one tank in complete safety, while the machine cuts the pieces from the slab on the other tank.

Accessories
1 - Automatic system to evacuate sludge, which is sucked by a centrifugal pump and filtered by a hydro cyclone.
A piping system with special nozzles (installed on the bottom of the tank) keeps the sludge in suspension.
2 - Head with 5 interpolated axes for inclined cutting, which is required, for instance, to cut the 45° grooves. "C" axis with continuous rotation and "A" axis with inclination of ± 69°.
Provided with ITC function for the continuous automatic compensation of the jet tapering.
In order to get grooves with precise dimensions, the head is provided with an instrument for automatic slab thickness measurement.

3 - KMT Neoline IV high-pressure pump (30 kW, 3800 bar) with 2 ceramic pistons designed for high pressure, and hydraulic station with radial pistons.
Oil/water intensification ratio: 1:20

Details
4 - The movement accuracy of each single machine is tested and checked through laser and Renishaw ball bar test.

5 – The cutting unit may be (on request) fitted with a vacuometer, laser pointer and automatic thickness detector.

6 - Arm supporting the operating head with precise movement on recirculating ball screws and linear runner blocks.

7 - The device for rotating the arm that supports the operating head guarantees its perfect locking in place.

Using MOSAIC™ software (optional) it is possible to select the quantities and different pieces to be inserted in one or more slabs.
The Automatic Nesting function is much helpful for optimizing production and minimizing waste.

You can see waterjet Pratica at COVERINGS fair - Orlando (FL) from April 17 to 20.
