A giant kitchen island made from a slab of Bretonstone JUMBO

Hello everybody,

If you happen to pass by our stand (Pavilion 4, stands B6/C7), besides 6 Breton machines (the other 2 machines are exhibited in the Pavilion 5, standsC5), you will have the chance to see a giant kitchen island made from a slab of Bretonstone JUMBO.
See some phases of its processing here under.

Beautiful, isn’t it?
It is an “all in one” kitchen island measuring 3.600x2.080mm, 20mm thick. Besides the wash-basin, kitchen top and worktop, it includes a breakfast table as well ... and here it is at “Marmomacc 2013” in all its splendour.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Breton ContourFive NC 700 - CNC machining centre with 5 interpolated axis for marble, granite and stone

Hello,
Yesterday I received a nice sequence of photos showing our ContourFive NC 700 - a Breton CNC machining centre with 5 interpolated axis for marble, granite and stone - while making the head of Michelangelo’s David.
The machining operation starts with the rough-machining performed by the disc

and continues with the tool finishing.

Here is the finished piece.

Beautiful, isn’t it?
Please consider that the bench of ContourFive NC 700 allows to process a block sizing up to 3.500x1.970mm in width.

For more INFO about the 5 axis working centre ContourFive NC 700 write to mail@breton.it.
We’ll get back to you promptly.
Thank you for the attention and best regards.

Bye-bye

Using the saw blade to shape blocks and billets, you get banisters, capitals, tanks, fireplace components.
Using millers to shape and pocket, you get shower trays, draining boards, bas-reliefs, engravings, etc.
Contouring using profile cutters allows you to get tombstones, kitchen tops, statues and funerary art components.
It is also possible to turn columns with shaped profiles or produce twisted columns.
