The Breton bridge saw Smart-Cut 1000 produced a copy of the White house Oval Office fireplace

Hello everyone,
Today I want to talk about a unique and prestigious accomplishment that makes me very happy.
L’The former U.S. President George W. Bush built the Presidential Library and Museum on the campus of the Southern Methodist University, in Dallas. The Presidential library and museum preserve and provide access to Presidential records and documents about the eight years he spent in the White House.
GWB Library & Museum
The Presidential Library and Museum inauguration took place at the end of April and on that occasion the main attraction was a full-sized White House Oval Office.

The latest 5 U.S. presidents still alive attended the inauguration: Obama, Bush Jr., Clinton, Bush Sr. and Carter.
But let’s go straight to the point. In the White House Oval office there is a beautiful white marble fireplace. Our customer - RUGO STONE - 7953 Angleton Ct, Lorton, VA 22079, USA – made a copy of the fireplace by utilizing Breton bridge saw, the Smart-Cut 1000.
Below there are few fireplace pieces during their process manufacturing and as finished products.

Congratulations to RUGO STONE for the perfect fireplace copy.

SPECIAL Breton bridge saw "Smart-Cut 800"!

Hello everybody,
I'm just back from holiday and found a USB pen on my desk with photos and videos showing a Breton bridge saw, the "Smart-Cut S/NC 800", equipped with some accessories that make it really SPECIAL.
You would rightly say you already know everything about this machine! Not necessarily …

Just give me 3 minutes to explain you the peculiarities of this machine.
You know very well the machining operations that a 5-axes CNC bridge saw can perform:

- slab sawing with optimization of the slab surface

- shaping of small blocks to get complex-shaped pieces using the disk.
- shaping and pocketing using milling tools
Excellent, but let’s add an aluminium table supporting the vacuum cups and a laser controlling the tool profile, this is what we’ll also get:
- statues
- 3D engraving of Windows "True Type" fonts on flat surfaces

- bas-reliefs imported from digitized surfaces

… and what about if we add a lathe?
- columns in general with cylindrical, conical or sculpted shape

- bases and capitals of cylindrical columns
- bas-reliefs on columns
- linear grooves on cylindrical, conical or sculpted surfaces
- profiling, milling and hollowing out on pieces with curvilinear, spiral, cylindrical, conical or sculpted shape, using milling tools and disk
- 3D engraving of Windows "True Type" fonts on differently shaped surfaces
Not bad, isn't it?
At this point, we’ll have a 5-axes machining centre + lathe for the production of many complex-shaped workpieces.
The CNC bridge saw "
Smart-Cut S/NC 800" is the soundest investment you have ever considered, an investment that turbo-charges your returns.
