Once again, this year Breton will première new fabshop machines at the 45th MARMOMACC in Verona.

The brand new CONTOURBRETON NC 600, available in two different models with "X" axis useful working travels of 3.600mm, while the "Y" axis useful travel changes according to the model: 1.800mm in the NC 600K18, 2.300mm in the NC 600K23.
The exhibited machine is provided with the "ROBOCUP SYSTEM", a groundbreaking system enabling to automate both the arrangement of the suction cups on the workbench and the piece loading and unloading operations. The spindle picks-up automatically the double-acting suction cups from the special store and places them just next to the self-blocking valves which are fixed to the bench, according to the working program entered in the system and the pieces to be machined.

The SMARTCUT S/NC 800 OPTIMA, a numerical control cutting and shaping centre with five interpolated axes, which is equipped with a twist head holding a saw blade and drill and has a fixed worktable with tilting top (on request). The machine mounts a special cutting head with "MULTICUP" integrated suction cup system for the optimization of the slab cutting through the piece movement on the worktable. The machine may also be supplied with a motorized conveyor belt so as to automate the loading and unloading operations.
The CONTOURFIVE NC 700, a numerical control profiling, shaping, cutting and turning centre with five interpolated axes. Thanks to its vertical travel of 700mm, it is the ideal machine for machining architectural and funerary art components, and for processing pieces which need to be deeply dished, thus offering the users the possibility of performing different and complex machining operations which would otherwise require several machines.
Breton will also introduce the new polisher for granite slabs "Levibreton KG 4000 PLUS".
We look forward to meeting you from 29th September to 2nd October at the 45th MARMOMAC, Pavilion 4, Stands B6/C7
